Specialised in the diagnosis and therapy of central movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, atypical Parkinson's syndromes and other neurodegenerative diseases. In particular, therapy planning in the advanced stage of the disease with special attention to methods such as deep brain stimulation and drug pumps. She is also certified for the treatment of neurological disorders with botulinum toxin. Another focus is the diagnosis and therapy of migraine and other types of headaches. Investigator of clinical studies on the therapy of Parkinson's syndromes, including the world's first human vaccine against Parkinson's disease.
